Easy Jicama Tortillas
This recipe is seriously way to easy not to try. It may take a little practice with your knife skills and of course a nice sharp knife, but in just a couple steps you have a low-carb, paleo, vegan, substitute to tortilla's for your next taco night!
JICAMA TORTILLAS
- Find a round jicama, the best are going to be bigger and have the round size of a typically corn tortilla
- Peel and carefully slice the jicama into thin rounds (ideally 1/2-1 cm)
- If you need to further thin out the jicama after cutting you can thin by gently slicing with a knife or using your peeler
- Boil in water for 10-15 minutes until flexible
- Top with your favorite taco fillings and serve!
