It can be tough transitioning to a new diet.
Whether you have just found out you have to be gluten-free, you want to start eating more healthfully, or you have specific diet goals, we all know how easily it can be derailed when stressful times or obstacles arise.
But you CAN do it! When I found out I had to be gluten-free it did take me time to adjust. I took me a few months to learn what sources gluten was coming from, how to adjust my eating habits especially while traveling, and how to give it up in social situations. It was tough, but now years later I don’t even think about it missing from my diet, and from there I was able to give up many other foods that were not right for me and my body.
