My Morning Green Smoothie

My Morning Green Smoothie

1/2 avocado
1/2 pear
Big handful of greens (you want to mix a variety, issues can arise if you use spinach or kale all day everyday)
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 tbsp whole flax seeds
2 tbsp collagen ( I use hydrolyzed collagen, from Great Lakes Brand or Vital Proteins)
1/2-1 scoop vanilla protein ( I like nutiva nurture vitality)
1 medium carrot
1 tbsp sunflower lecithin (makes it creamy and great source of choline and phosphatides.. Yay healthy brain & cells!)

+ other extras you might like:
Fresh mint, vanilla, cinnamon or ginger

Puree until super smooth!
